Month 4

Ethan got his first shot when he was 3 1/2 months old. It was HIB. He cried for like 24 hrs after. It was horrible. I am dreading doing it again. He is 4 months now and 27 3/4 inches and 14.6 lbs. He outgrew his Gerber 0-3 clothes (they are too short) they run small. He's still in his other 0-3s and his carters 3 months. But he's a long baby. He also has started teething so that's no fun. It makes him fussier and he's been waking up every 3 hours to nurse. Luckily, those hyland teething tablets help. He is obsessed with grabbing his feet and then extending his leg. He's quite amused by his feet. He also wants to eat EVERYTHING. He's started grabbing my hair which is no fun. He's SO strong. We sort of traumatized him for his carseat by taking him on too many roadtrips but he loves being sung to and watching lullabies on youtube. He's discovered his voice so he squeals a lot. I'm trying to teach him to use his inside voice. I'm also trying to teach him a few american sign language signs. I think he recognizes the one for milk because when I do it he stares at my hand and gets all excited. His eyes are also glued to me I don't know how he knows when I walk in a room but somehow he does! I also recently started watching TWO other babies for some extra money and Ethan's the best one! :) Still wont sleep in anything but mommy, daddy, or yiayia's arms though! Anyway, we wont get to take his four month pics til next month tho.
